Wooltex Cleaning & Household LLP — order, pricing, delivery, and claim terms.

Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Wooltex Cleaning & Household LLP.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply to selected products.
Orders are processed subject to product availability.

2. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified.

3. Freight & Forwarding

Freight & Forwarding charges within Ahmedabad:
- Up to 12 cartons: ₹1,200 + GST
- Above 12 cartons: ₹75 per additional carton + GST
Freight charges for locations outside Ahmedabad will be charged as actual.

4. Taxes & Additional Charges

The following charges shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified:
- GST
- Forwarding Charges
- Additional Packing Charges
- Transportation Charges
- Insurance Charges
- Any applicable local taxes, duties, or levies

5. Payment Terms

100% advance payment is mandatory before dispatch of goods.
Dispatch will be processed only upon receipt of 100% payment.
No credit facility is available.
All banking and transaction charges, if any, shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Delivery

Delivery schedules are approximate and may vary depending on production, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
Wooltex Cleaning & Household LLP shall not be held responsible for delays caused by transport agencies or force majeure events.

7. Product Information

Product images are for illustration purposes only.
Actual product colours, packaging, and specifications may vary slightly due to continuous product improvement.
Wooltex Cleaning & Household LLP reserves the right to modify product specifications, packaging, or designs without prior notice.

8. Claims & Inspection

Any shortages, transit damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
Claims will be considered only after verification and prior approval by Wooltex Cleaning & Household LLP.

9. Product Inspection

All products are thoroughly inspected and quality-checked at our manufacturing facility prior to dispatch.
Any inspection or product-related claim, if required, shall be considered only at the factory premises.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

These terms apply to all wholesale, distributor, and OEM transactions with Wooltex Cleaning & Household LLP unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
